Do you have any views about the quality of services we provide?
Are you interested in being involved in the range of services we provide?
If your answer is yes, then you may wish to join our Patient Participation Group...
The Patient Participation Group has been established since 2013. Since then the PPG has met regularly and continues to deliver benefits both to the practice and all its patients.
The PPG consists of a group of volunteer patients, representative of all patients within the practice, together with practice staff and GPs.
The PPG's Aims are to work in partnership with the practice as a whole to:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and the quality of care
- Foster improved communication between the practice and its patients
- Provide practical support for the practice to implement change
- Help all patients take more responsibility for their health
The PPG meets at the practice, approximately four times a year, from 5.30pm to 7:00pm, plus occasional ad-hoc meetings and/or information sessions in support of the PPG's aims.
New representative patient members are always welcome. If you think you could act as a 'critical friend' to the practice, and would like to volunteer on behalf of all patients, please contact the Practice Manger on 01405 762830
